Well, Toni...I have not bought glycerin for about twenty years,,,since I had
Afghan Hounds... but it used to be available at Sav-on Drug Store.
If you try my formula, let me know how it works. Try it with and without
cream rinse and compare as I don't remember whether I used cream rinse or not.
