In his video, John Evans shampoos the dogs then creme rinses and then uses
1/2 teaspoon of glycerin and a couple "clops" of vinegar in some warm water.
He says the amount of vinegar isn't important, that you can't use too much.
It looks like he uses a two cup container and repeats this 3 or 4 times.  I
am not sure if he uses the glycerin each time.  He does say not to use more
than 1/2 teaspoon or the dog will be too oily, but I am not sure if he means
altogether or in each batch.
