Hi Suze,
I have Photoshop that I use for work. I learned it from the manual. Can't really
compare it to others because I've not used the others. Its advantages are really
good selection tools (to select a part of the pic to be moved, or blurred,
lightened, or silhouetted or whatever) and the layers feature, for combining
images & type etc. It also has a nice history feature with many undos.

I thilnk the quality of printing has more to do with your original scan or digital
photo. If there's no quality there you can fix it a little with Photoshop but not
much.

Yes, it's big $$$$.
