At a recent agricultural show here on the island I watched a goat show. The judge was thoughtful and thorough and most interestingly gave a critique on each exhibit as she made her placings. There was a small microphone on a sort of necklace around her neck and a soft but perfectly tuned loud speaker system so that all the participants and audience could hear. If the goat people can do it why not us? There was no delay in the ring, everyone knew what the judge was looking for and why.If the goat exhibitors can take their exibits being critiqued can we not do the same. It makes sense to me, anyone else out there think that this is an idea whose time has come or can put forward any ideas why it would not work in a dog show when obviously it does for goats.
