We have both the Superduck and the Commander. Each has its benefits.
After dropping the 'duck for the umpteenth time it is now held together with
... duck tape. Still works well though. Drop the wand on the commander and
it will fly around the room like a balloon w/o its end tied. Scares me, but
I can't imagine what my Cavs think.
Also, the Metro wand with the advertised fps only has a half inch
nozzle, so while it blows up a storm, it does so with only a little volume.
You need both speed and volume to quickly dry a squirming little dog. That
is why the 'duck is better for ears and furnishings. Noise levels on both
dryers are about the same.
We have had the Metro for almost a year, and the Superduck for twenty
years. I tend to use the Commander when drying, however my wife still
prefers the 'duck. Recommend you use both.
