I'll report from the US heartland, Topeka, Ks. Lizzie and I live in one of the safest and best known neighborhoods for trick or treaters, had nearly perfect weather except for wind that kept blowing my candles out, and we have very few by comparison to previous years. Guess the real world is getting too scary to enjoy this holiday. So sad! Jolene Grabill
