Alison- Thank you so very much for your helpful message. I know my friend's mom was hoping that there was something out there other than chemotherapy. I'm sure that your message will give her some hope.
I lost a Cavalier to throat cancer in 1998; chemotherapy, which he tolerated quite well, only gave him a few extra months, although every day extra with him was a blessing for me. But there seems to be many advances since then, both in conventional veterinary medicine as well as with more natural approaches, I'm hopeful something will help this little guy.
