Hi, Carolyn,
I feed my puppies freshly cooked food. If you are going to feed raw,
but don't want to start on raw, you might consider the cooked diets that
Dr. Strombeck wrote. My pups thrive on that; though I do add some
vitamin C (just a small amount).
I don't care for puppy food for a number of reasons, but the main one
is that I'm convinced that it can cause pups to grow faster than their
tissues support the growth. However, I don't know Best In Show puppy
food, perhaps it is less "hot" than other puppy foods.
