I have a good friend who jokes that she is going to England to buy Cavaliers to bring back to the USA to sell. Unfortunately this is a serious problem. Many greedy individuals can't help but see the dollar signs here. Could the high cost of the Cavalier in America actually be working against them rather than protecting them?
