Thanks...and the Cannon's comments about the vet checks are silly, I am sure you are right about it being the airlines who want the health certificate, although there are some requirements for an animal entering various countries, England requires th rabies but then sticks them in quarentine for 6 months...but the heart checks, etc. are obviously a breeder's thing.
