Thanks for the update, Cindi. Wondering about your puppy. I have one going through a similar thing - born at 5 oz. 9 days ago - went down to 4.5 oz. Panic. Took her to U.C. Davis Vet Hospital in Davis, which is just a 15-minute drive from my house in Sacramento. Learned to tube-feed. That was a week ago yesterday - she has gone up and down, but as of yesterday she seems to be "taking off" and is now 7 oz. and appears stronger.
