> Dear List and Alida- Beware, and Alida, you are sooooo right! I have Norton on this machine....but hadn't been using this machine (my farm computer in Hawaii, as opposed to the computer in Los Angeles and the portable one) since March...just got out here after travel delays related to September 11th and was terribly behind on my harvest-flung myself into work and didn't do the usual housekeeping stuff, including updating the anti virus software (geez, I haven't even unpacked my bags yet, and I've been here nearly 2 weeks!) And that's how this one crept in... Again, all you folks who are getting bizarre messages from me-this is a result of the virus, which is repaired in my machine, but is now sending old emails from my mother-in-law's machine off of my purloined address book, and attaching me as the sender...her machine has been shut down since 3pm EST today , until it can be repaired...I am curious if any of you continue to get these messages after 3 pm EST... Sorry about all this...keep up the Cavalier chat, as I miss my little ones greatly (the only trouble with having a business concern in a quarantine state!) Aloha- Kim
