I just gave a 6 month old puppy both aforementioned shots today at vet because he had contracted kennel cough and did not want to give anything while he got well which took 6 - 8 weeks and three courses of antibiotics and he still only weighs 7.5 lbs I got scared him going without shots so long. He had the first two sets and bordatella.Still got kennel cough. Some very impossible long term strain which was the dickens to get through. The vet is still mystified and the next course was going to be xrays to look for a collapsing larynx. I did also switch foods to Wellness trying to get him well. I did not regive bordatella and no lepto ever. What horror do I have in store for me as a result of this. What am I looking for as a problem. Horrified to read this post same day as I did this, something I normally never do but did as pup was getting so old to be unprotected. Chere Workman
