My sister has a neighbor that just got a chihuaua mix (can't remember what with). They are very proud of their new breed, and my sister thinks they paid quite a bit for him. Actually, they got two litter mates. My niece says the dog looks like a miniature beagle, so I can't imagine what it's mixed with!
