Absolutely, however, I add elbows, thyroid and allergy history to that list as
well and in addition to structure, type and temperament. What I am saying is
that culling on the basis of testing cannot be taken to an *extreme*. For
example, multiple best in show CH I'm All That Plus A Bag Of Chips who comes
from a line of outstanding Cavaliers and has been used at stud suddenly buys the
farm at 5 years old. Now everyone who bred to him or has a sibling runs off and
neuters and spays all related dogs. Continue to do this with every Cavalier and
you soon have none left or the tightest genetic bottleneck imaginable.
