I've seen the movie Philadelphia. It was a great movie. And yes, AIDS patients ARE required by law to tell the folks they have slept with that they have AIDS. Cases (both criminal and civil) have been tried...legal precedence has been set. And yes, I know how mistreated many people with AIDS have been....I'm certainly not condoning that kind of behavior by anyone. My point is this: when the health of one can potentially affect the health of many.....the many have the right (by law) to know.
