This is the last time I'll bore the list with this, but, you've just stepped into my area of expertise. :-) AIDS patients are not required to test or disclose anything to anybody. Maybe it's different in the great state of Georgia.
Now, IF the patient KNOWS they have AIDS and do not disclose this to a partner they engage in sex with (AFTER they have been tested and KNOW they are infected), well, that's a different story!
