Well, sorry, Laura, but while YOU may not have heard anyone complain about
show results being published, I have complained about it, particularly when the
shows are here in the East and superintended by MBF, which means the full
results are already going to be available at Infodog.
AND when I posted that I didn't believe in sharing my dogs' health records
with the world, I also said that I didn't believe in posting my dogs' wins, or
about new litters, or deaths, or anything else.
There are people who care about the results of shows and who don't want
to bother looking up stuff on Infodog or at any of the other superintendents'
sites,
not that they are all so timely...and there are people who want to know the results
of the shows in the rest of the world and can't wait for them to be up on Steve's
site
(in the case of the UK)...the rest of the world can only share their results on
lists
like this as there aren't sites like Steve's or like Infodog for Australia, NZ, or
France, for
example.
And people don't ask about the results of health clinics because they are
usually only
interested in their own dogs or the dogs of their friends...and to top that off,
I've seen people\
post that their dogs have passed tests at these clinics..........
