This is a hoax.  The sulfnbk.exe file is a standard operating system file
that is why you find it on your system.  There is a secondary virus that can
actually infect this file but if you have that norton and Mcafee should catch
it.

You can find out information about this hoax on the symantec website just do
a search on that site for "sulfnbk.exe".  It will tell you about the hoax and
what to do if you already deleted this operating system file to restore it.
