Suze, one of our boys is sterile as a result of a tumor in his prostate.
There were no symptoms whatever that any of us knew about. His appetite and
behavior remained the same. The little tumor was removed. No one knows if
there had been a little injury to cause it, an infection, or what, but
either the tumor or the removal of the tumor left him sterile. Cynthia
could insist that he be treated with a good broad spectrum antibiotic and
then keep him on some sort of homeopathic remedy like Glucoflex for the
production of sperm and take a look at his sperm in 6 months before allowing
him to be neutered. Vets are sometimes pretty fast to come up with the
quick fix instead of giving the situation some time in deference to the fact
that these are breeding animals. Myra Savant
