Hello List, Several years ago I got a call that my grandmother was dying. I flew home and took my oldest dog, Sabrina home with me. When I went to visit my grandmother, I took her with me. Sabrina laid on the bed beside her for most of the afternoon. The nest day my grandmother called and asked me to bring her back up. She again spent more time with my grandmother, as well as other patients in the nursing home.
To make a long story short, I believe Sabrina gave my grandmother a new lease on life. She rallied and lived another year. The wonder and healing power of unconditional love.
