hi cathy,
yes you are right about a vet not having to give medications for a dog that
they have not seen, but for scripts like frontline, and heartworm
medications, if you ask for a script, they must give it to you. and if they
prescribe a medication for the dog, in new york, if you want a script for
that they must give you that too.
