Hi Kathy, I finally found a belly band that works on my Ruby Boy - I tried at least a dozen others and they would always shift or bunch allowing him to still pee, but not this one: http://www.joybies.com/denimformmale.html He is 16# and wears a Medium. Expensive ($25) but worth every penny.
What makes it so great is that it has suspenders plus elastic around the waist that keep it from shifting back. It uses panty liners. He looks very nice in the denim ones and shows off when he has them on. I only need to use them when one of the girls is in season. They are also great for the girls then too.
