For people who only have one pet who is healthy, it really doesn't mater a
whole lot how much the occasional medication they have to have costs. They
don't need to check prices and worry about prescriptions.

For those of us with multiple pets or even just one that is old and/or has
health issues, it is a big deal. I don't understand why a vet would not
understand this and try to help their clients. Many of us spend thousands
each year on our pets' health, and saving money on prescriptions is
important. Shopping around for vet prices is not something I would do, as
I want the best vet with the best facilities, but shopping for medication
prices is just smart.
