Hi, List,
I have had a great number of inquiries just this past week from people
looking for their first Cavalier. Most are from people wanting pets;
but some are from folks who are looking for their first show Cavalier.
I'm curious at how long folks are having to wait to find at least the
promise of some help from a breeder? (I can't be the only one
responding, nor can I be the only one who will take the time to make
referrals? <G>)
As for those who want their first show Cavalier......do you ALL want
either tri females or ruby females? (Do you realize that so do we...the
breeders? Many of us are on waiting lists for one or the other or
attempting to breed that perfect female tri or ruby). For those waiting,
unless you plan to really dig in for the long haul, you may find it
easier to start with another color or gender.
I'd be interested to hear (either privately or on the list) about
experiences from those who are waiting; is it really that bad out there?
