Cathy, I thought of microchipping all of our pups too. So, I ordered the microchip set ups for about $13.00 or so each. When they arrived, the size of that catheter tip just took my breath away. Makes a 14 g needle look like a hair. I never had any trouble threading an IV with a 14 g, but I simply couldn't bring myself to use that catheter on a pup. Does it get easier after a time or two? Tell me that it does and I'll adopt your practice. Good idea to keep it registered in your name too. Myra
