Dear JoAnn:

You have much more experience in Cavaliers than I, but I do not agree.  I to
have seen them move bedding, food and bones, but never with dew claws.  It's
only my opinion, but I do not think a dew claw has any thing to do with
balance, in fact when they are left on the front, the leg has a lump on the
inside, that I think is not attractive.   Both my males have the dew claws on
the front and I am not pleased with that, but they were left on, so I deal
with it.
