I am, admittedly, ignorant of the many organizations in existence for ruling over and regulating the dog world -- so please don't cringe at my question.... What is the UKC? I have seen Cavaliers advertised that feature UKC registration and I wondered -- is this the British equivalent of the CKCS or AKC or...something else altogether?
