Dave, I truly enjoyed reading your post. You made some excellent points. I find the above is very true. Even if I never get a Cavalier (although I do hope one day to own one) I find this list to be very informative not only about Cavaliers but dogs in general. It has become one of my favorite lists & mostly all I do is lurk. List owners keep up the good work of allowing lively discussions and differing opinions.
