Hi Laura: Just a suggestion as I had similar problems with my Winston (Ch. Charlemere Class Distinction) who lived till he was 15.
What I found he really liked was Billinghurst's milk receipt with the rennant tablets. If you need the receipt just email me. Also have you tried (Unspeakable) Gains Burgers? When my girls get too full of puppies I can usually entice them with this.
