The pup probably lost a bit of weight after being born so has regained her
birth weight at least It sometimes takes the mother's milk a few days to
come in properly so I wouldn't worry to much at present and I wouldn't be
tempted to supplement either at present. I once had a whole litter that
stayed static for a week then suddenly gained weight hand over fist.
