Incidentally ...there has been no advertising campaign in the dog magazines, >>>>>> Isn't it about time we had some POSITIVE comments about some of the judges who, as in the above instance, were not trying to put up someone whose photo they had seen in a magazine? I have a dog in the North East, locally owned and handled by a friend of the owners, NOT a professional handler, and he has several times beaten heavily advertised and professionally handled Cavaliers in recent months and his advertising "campaign" has been one page in the Toy mag only. At least several of those much maligned judges have had the gts to recognise his quality and give him BOB over several "well known" outfits. Not all judges are terrible and not all "pros" are rude........... rather than judge and pro bashing, maybe we could have some positive feedback on who the genuinely thoughtful and caring judges and pros might be????? Hating the pros won't make them go away........how about trying to encourage and educate the good ones? Jeanie Montford Elvenhome Cavaliers Sydney, Australia
