Here in Pro-Handler Heaven.... the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania area
where many of them live and certainly work, I must say I have never seen any
of this bad behavior to which you are referring.  Most of the pros are lovely
people and certainly polite and professional and would be welcome in my home.
  As a matter of fact I have witnessed a few incidents where the exhibitors
were so self-involved they were outright rude and those were mostly owner
handlers.  I have no doubt that behavior was due to the pace that the AKC
shows move.  The pros have assistants and the owner handlers have no time to
get their next dog for the next class.  However, poor manners are poor
manners no matter the reason.
