I agree that it has been dragging on for a long time. As breeders, whether relatively new to the breed or long time in the breed, we should be insisting that we be allowed to breed our dogs based on what is best for the breed, best for our dogs, best for the health of the dogs. The best possible combination of sire to dam, without having to worry about "breaking" a rule that isn't in the best interest of the dogs. Myra Savant
