Now that we are on the subject, how long is long enough to wait for an undecending testicle to come down? I have an otherwise promising boy that is was 9 weeks on Monday. He only has one testicle right now. My vet says "Don't get your hopes up!" Breeder friends say "He's still a baby, give him time!" I had planned to run him on until 5 months and if it still wasn't there, I'd neuter and place him in a pet home. :o( His two pet brother littermates are both sporting a "pair". Just my luck!
