Just a small side note.  I do think this is an uncommon thing.  That's why I
had so much trouble finding information on it.  I did not find any vet in the
U.S. that was familiar with, nor one that had info on pulling any teeth.

Through private emails with a few breeders on this list who have had this
happen, the breeder referred me to a Vet in England who has had experience
with this, and did pull teeth.  The vet in England made himself available
(which was very generous) to speak with anyones vet if they wanted to know
his experience with it.  He did not say this is a sure thing to correct
anything, but he had been able to give the lower jaw  during the young pup
growing stage, some more room to move forward in some cases, but it must be
as soon as possible when they are tiny and growing, preferably before 8
weeks.  I'm speaking from memory, and yes, parrot is what he discussed...
often times this is just an unfortunate situation that ends badly..
sometimes if the case is milder, they can bring about a little correction.
