I don't believe that the intent was to make the mouth perfect and then show and breed the puppy.....the intent is to try to correct the mouth....period. Not for any reason other than to try to avoid the lower canines from making little holes. I don't believe you would call this little girl a parrot mouth...she is quite pretty, but she is definitely overshot enough that you can tell it if you open her mouth. If you want to see a picture of her at 8 weeks, you can see her on our web site under Puppies. If this is what a parrot mouth looks like, I wouldn't mind having some more of them without the overshot mouth. LOL.
