Hello,
Any one out there with Breedmate, I have a problem. Suddenly, I am unable to
print out a "family tree" with the "repeated ancestors as coloured background". It
comes up on the screen correctly , and shows in "print preview" correctly but it will
not printout with the colours. We have checked as much as we can on the printer, it
seems fine. When printing with "champions shown in red" the red prints out fine!!!
I have emailed Breedmate support twice, but have not received a reply as yet! Do
any of you computer whiz's have a suggestions? We are on 4.6 by the way, if that
would make a difference. The problem started before we up graded, which seems to
point to the printer but we cannot find anything wrong with it. We did wonder if the
upgrade might "fix" it, it didn't!!! Any help is greatly appreciated.
