Shiena, I'm sure the folks at Breedmate can help you, if it is a program problem. Sounds to me like it could be you are out of those colors in your printer but I know nothing about color printers. Remember Breedmate is based in Australia and may take a day or two. But they have always gotten back to me immediately. I'll ask my engineer hubby when he gets home tonight what he thinks.
