For those of you who want more info on the PHA they will not govern over whether or not the handler kneels or stands during exhibiting. Their role is far different in the dog show world. As an owner you may make a request to the PHA handler to show your dog standing only. If they do not.. I am not sure what if anything the PHA will do about it.
