I'll bet you will hear that sometimes if you let young puppies get too much exercise before they have their full growth, I think the phrase is "run around the garden", their legs will grow too long. Perhaps someone will suggest to you that you might have done this rather than had your Cavalier neutered too early. Of course, maybe you did BOTH.... you are in double trouble now! LOL!
