Comparing PETA to Osama Bin Laden is just.. well - they spent a lot of time and money going in to rescue companion animals trapped in NYC after the bombing. They had to fight tooth and nail because animals were dying of thirst - and had lost their people... trapped in there without many people worrying about their welfare. I don't think this is a bad thing. People risked their lives going into condemned areas because pets needed them.
