Hi, Carol,
There is nothing in Oxyfresh of which I know that is harmful. However,
I'm very minimalist when it comes to pregnant bitches (and that is what
I meant by being bred....as in that month or so). I don't want anything
to put them off drinking lots of water. It is just a bit "old school"
of me; when in horses if I had something to put in the water (like
electrolytes in summer) I would double bucket so that the horse had a
choice and always plain fresh water.
I do find my dogs drink well with the oxyfresh in the water, so I'm not
terribly concerned. I just do very little with any bitch who is
pregnant.
