Hi Charlotte, I am going to play the devil's advocate here (much to my disgrin). There are also some byb and puppy millers that register their dogs with CKCSC. All's they need to do is buy a few imports and register them and go from there. As long as their paperwork is in order there is nothing stopping them from getting their imports registered with CKCSC and until someone is willing to file an ethics complaint they can continue to go about their business. I am sure that this is the same with AKC. It takes someone that is willing to complain about an individual when they see legitimate wrong doings and until that is done....then nothing can be done to stop them from breeding and registering over and over.
Just a thought.
