Thank you Annette for directing me to the website and Sylvia for giving a detailed description of this program. This is appears to be an excellent example of a rating system using a defined indice for identifying key areas. This is suppose to increase the inter-rator reliability and external validity. I like the idea of identifying each dog and bitche strengths and weaknesses in the joint make-up.
