Kim, I would also like to hear any recommendations on proper upbringing of pups in regard to HD. I do everything Terrie does and also do my best to keep them on firm footing from the beginning--no slick newspaper but towels I can change several times a day graduating to blankets in the kitchen and also do my best to keep them from trying to jump up and over or down.
