As far as I know, they all get the same dose, because it is the dose that is recommended by the drug companies. That is the only dose that they can recommend, because that is the only dose they tested.
If it's any consolation, studies have been done in humans, halving the dose of immunizations for low-birth-weight babies. They found that the halved immunization dose did not mount an adequate immune response in a large number of the babies, and so still recommend one dose regardless of size.
