Alida, I have the liquid preparation and give according to the directions on the bottle. I can't remember what they are, but it's like 1 dropper immediately after the vaccination and again the following day. Also, if you dog has a history of vaccine reactions, there is another preparation (I can't remember what it is) that you give before and after.
