Back from dinner...just thoughts about "The Great Cavalier Convention" but
if there were back-to-back specialties, there would be many who could show
in both, some only in one or the other depending on registration. If British
judges were acquired for both shows, think this would draw a good entry. The
Great Match could have 3 judges that would have to agree on the inners, and
all Caval;iers would be eligible to be shown, English, AKC, CKCSC, Canadian,
whatrever - everyone invited to come and have a good time. It would have to
be a 3 day event I would think, the match first. Let baby puppies show there
as well, like 4-6 months. It would be a big picnic with fun and fellowship.
There could be raffles and fundraisers and we could all forget our
differences and concentrate on being a part of a great Cavalier event. It
could happen folks, if we want it to. No squabbling, no pettiness. All
smiles. Please listers, think about it. We can do this. All we have to do
is...do it.
Michael
