Normally when something like this happens the person will transfer all the dogs in CKCSC to someone else's name. Normally a mother or sister or boyfriend or husband. That way the puppies can still be registered with CKCSC. However, they have to do it before charges are brought on. I believe we have something similar to that going on now with some people bringing in imports and registering them in their name in AKC and their husbands name in CKCSC so the puppies can all get registered.
